The Body is a ministry dedicated to raising up the young generation to live a life dedicated to God and His Word. We believe every young person has a place in the Body of Christ and our goal is to encourage him or her to step out in their gifting and become the leaders they are meant to be.

We meet weekly, every Thursday at 7:00 PM, for junior high age through young adulthood. Check our calendar for meetings and special events.

Since 1997, Ultimate Wilderness Adventures and the High Sierra Mountains have connected hundreds of believers closer to their Creator. UWA will accommodate any Group (10-30 persons) or individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for leadership retreats, Internship orientation, youth groups, Christian Schools and Home Schools, as well as the individual seeking his or her personal Spiritual pilgrimage. Special Parent/Child Adventures allow 6-12 year olds to enjoy the great outdoors too!

We are proud to introduce our awesome Children Pastors, Dan and April Herrera. Dan and April became involved in childrens ministry about ten years ago when according to Dan, nobody else would. This brave move turned into a divine calling as Dan and April dug their heels in and have persevered through the many ups and downs of the ministry with a passion and zeal to see God move through the hearts of the children.

Prophetic Dance Ministry

The dance ministry is an integral part of the worship ministry here at LTCF. Our main desire is to honor and exalt the Lord Jesus Christ. Our prophetic intercessory dance style incorporates ballet, lyrical and modern expressions using worship aides and flags.

Also, as an extension of the dance ministry, is a prophetic art ministry. This ministry has to do with the visual arts. Prophetically inspired artwork is created upon a canvas, using paint or pastels. The artist is anointed to create a prophetic interpretation of the worship time.

Women of the Word (WOW) is a community Womens bible study that meets weekly to study the word of God. Joy of Living bible study materials are used and we meet from late September to early May, Thursdays 10am to 12PM studying one book of the bible at a time verse by verse.

God has been so faithful to meet His women with a deeper understanding of His word and how it applies to our lives. He continually knits our heart together and our discussions are lively and enriching. It's a wonderful experience and we all learn a lot. Lead by Maureen Froyum and Co-lead by Kristen Lincoln, Baby sitting is available.

We are a group of men who, having counted the cost, are willing to reflect the character of Jesus Christ in a world of negotiable values, confused identities, and distorted priorities. We are committed to be men of our word and men of Gods Word, helping each other discover how to deepen our devotion to Jesus Christ through consistent worship, prayer, study, integrity, conviction, and obedience. We meet every Friday morning to fellowship, hold each other accountable, go through Gods word, and yes eat. Come join us we meet every Friday Morning at Carrows Restaurant 6:30 AM (Lake Tahoe Blvd by Grocery Outlet)

Every Wednesday morning from 6:30 to 7:45 am, this prayer meeting has been providing men, of all ages, a safe, confidential, and supportive gathering place since 1984. Everyones request is prayed for, whether for himself, his family, our church, or our nation.
We meet in the Upper Room behind the main LTCF building.

Worship has always been a strong focus in my life. Worship is my passion, and my hearts desire. I long to bring the church to a place where worship is much more than just reciting someone elses words back to projector screen, but to create a place where we bring forth a spontaneous new song, that comes from what is deep inside. It is my desire to create an atmosphere where we can have a life chagning encounter with the King of kings, in the midst of worship.

Sandra Faris has served as the church secretary of Lake Tahoe Christian Fellowship for over 25 years. In addition to the multitude of secretarial responsibilities, Sandra is also an ordained pastor with a deep sensitivity, warmth, and love for people. She also functions as an intercessor and is a longtime member of the worship team.

Love Your Neighbor is a compassion ministry committed to helping those in need of food or clothing in our community. We are open on Sunday beginning at 2:00 PM and Wednesdays at 12:00 PM. We offer food, clothing and prayer for those who come. We welcome you in the name of Jesus

Church Family Missions is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity to travel to countries in Central America for short-term missions projects for approximately 14 days, once each year in the fall. Teams are made up of interested persons from the entire Christian community, which work together and along with the national Christians on a construction project and also provide the materials for a childrens outreach with bible stories, songs, crafts and puppets.

Our ultimate goal is to bring Christians from the United States, the first world, together with those from Central America, the third world, to develop relationships and to support the national churches to reach the poor and lost in their own communities
